Our final Veteran for the day is Joe Mallamaci. We called and interviewed him so he could answer a couple of questions for us. Instead of a question and answer, he went on and told us some special memories he had while serving in Vietnam with the 173rd Airborne Division in 1967.

It’s hard to believe, but Monday is Veterans Day. The month of November is almost halfway done, and it seems as though we have so much to do before Christmas. However, we need to remember to thank those who have fought or are still fighting for our country. There are numerous ways we can observe Veterans Day – here are a few that we came up with!
Holiday Checklist
We are all in denial about it, but when we changed our calendar from September to October this past week, we could no long put it off. It’s time to create our checklist for the holidays. People are decorating their homes with Halloween decorations and soon they’ll be stringing their Christmas lights. That means you need to make sure you have your priorities set and Parish Giving on speed dial!
