Have you ever felt complete happiness before? Whether it be a good hair day, the way you feel in your favorite outfit, or when you are surprised with your favorite meal for dinner, it is a feeling of bliss. That feeling is just pure happiness and it should be an emotion we have more often. Since we are all human, we experience different emotions throughout our day. Here are some ways we can experience bliss more frequently.
Being on vacation is the greatest feeling. You can wake up naturally, go to bed at a later hour and conduct your day however you like. Then midweek you are all out of sorts. What day is it? Is it too early for lunch? What are we doing tomorrow? Sometimes you just need your back work and school routine to drive you and there is nothing wrong with that!
