If you work in sales and marketing, you know that the holiday season is quickly approaching. There are numerous Holiday Bazaars to organize, Trunk or Treats to set up and so many different Advent, Thanksgiving and Christmas events start up. Now is the time to get you ready for the holiday season and Parish Giving wants to help!

Once Labor Day is over, September always seems to fly by in the blink of an eye! In a couple of weeks it’ll be Columbus Day and before we know it, we’ll have to set up our Trunk or Treat overnight due to lack of time! Instead of waiting until the last minute to gather a group and organize your parishes Trunk or Treat, why don’t you contact us at Parish Giving, and we can create a form for you to help organize it! This way you can create a theme, but not two trunks are alike! You can also organize the donations to help make it extra special! More streamers, more props and more treats! Just what the kids of the parish want!

Holiday Bazaars are also time-consuming to organize! Vendors want a prime area; others are only able to be there for a few hours. How are you to accommodate everyone’s requests? Simple: just use one of Parish Giving’s online forms. We can create it so vendors can provide the times that they are available, and what they are selling. Perhaps you want to put all of the crafts together and all the jewelry makers on the opposite side of the hall. You can do just that! You can also make sure all of the food is in one area to make clean up a bit easier. Thank goodness for online forms!

Many parishes will collect donations leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Whether it is an unwrapped gift, non-perishable food, or a monetary donation, churches welcome the offerings with open arms. We’d like to help with monetary donations and keeping them recorded. We can create a form that allows people to donate money just for the holiday season. It can be in amounts from $1 to $10,000 plus (wouldn’t we all love an offering at that amount!).
